I have been doing design drafting and mechanical engineering since 1963. I have a good background in manufacturing and a patent too. My last customer gave me a new Ford truck as a reward for the high quality work that I did for them. I am not actively looking for permanent employment - I have one customer and work 60 - 80 hours a month for them. I use Solid Edge 3D solids Modeling software. Check out some of the stuff I designed - the Oven systems were big enough to walk around in - 8 feet tall by 14 feet long. I did a lot of Ball Grid Array tooling for "The big M". I have machines at IBM, Motorola, Xerox and other companies. I was the Mechanical Engineer for the Jerome Instrument Instrument Corporation and also helped 2 machine shops in Cottonwood get started.
I am really good at what I do and I basically am selling... competence.

RoboOven
Large Automated multi-oven system for thermal processing integrated circuite. Size is approx. 12' x 18' x 8' high. This one contains 12 automated ovens that work with a self contained pick and place robot. I did all of the mechanical engineering including detail drawings and helped build the first few systems.
